Tester (Back-end/IoT)

Job Descriptions:
– Ensure the highest quality standards, aiming for zero production issues on an ongoing basis.
– Gain a deep understanding of the business, ensure that the final outcomes align with all business expectations.
– Create and execute, provide root cause analyses of defects based on metrics, and proactively raise improvements to enhance product quality.
– Review and clarify the software requirement specification.
– Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases.
– Set up a test environment following the feature requirements.
– Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system.
– Review the user story and discuss it with the planning team to make it better.
– Work closely with the development team to design testing strategies.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams within the company (including the KR team) to deliver the best product quality.
– Analyze change requests and update test documents (Test plan, test cases, etc.).
– Address issues relating to testing quality.

Requirements:
– 3+ years of work experience as a QA/QC/similar role in the software field
– Have strong experience with HTTP, RestAPI, MQTT, SSO, Postgresql, MSSQL, Unit Test
– Knowledge of testing methodology and testing tools (Jmeter, Postman, etc.)
– Strong ability to learn new businesses and systems.
– Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
– Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Experience in testing with desktop application, web apps, mobile apps, etc
– Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
– Experience in Bug Tracking process and Test Management Tools (JIRA, TestRail, Xray, etc.)
– English Fluently
