– Develop a strategy to introduce the company’s products to customers
– Evaluate and reach out to potential customers
– Search and support customers to learn about the company’s products, thereby helping to develop the company’s revenue.
– Consulting, closing sales, negotiating and handling customer feedback and questions
– Work collaboratively with the product development team to optimize the company’s products
– Perform operations and coordinate departments to organize order fulfillment
– Receive customer feedback and report back to the company
– Handle customer requests conscientiously and professionally

– Graduated from Business Administration, Marketing, Economics and related fields.
– Have experience in a Sales position or positions related to Business and customer care.
– Priority is given to having experience in B2B business, IT software
– Proficient in office information technology tools MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint or Google Docs Sheet
– Proficient in skills: sales, negotiation; problem solving; maintain relationships with customers; organize work, manage time.
– Have a spirit of learning and responsibility for work.
– Have a sharp mindset, be eager to learn and continuously improve the way you approach customers to bring the highest work efficiency
– Have a progressive spirit, high responsibility and initiative in work.
– Good communication and customer care skills
– Able to withstand work pressure
– Good teamwork and independent skills
– Good English communication
