Job Description:
– Contribute to solution development, apply appropriate technology to the project and ensure the implementation of technical solutions throughout the project
– Communicating with customers in requirement gathering, progress reporting and problem solving
– Support sales in assessing system requirements, creating Estimation and Proposal
– Responsible for reporting to upper management leaders on the professional situation, project progress and lower level members
– Coordinate with relevant functional departments
– Manage projects in division, ensure projects run on schedule, process and quality
– Customer Management and Customer Desires
– Human resource management in division
– Develop Division’s Business development plan, and persistently pursue the goal
Job requierments:
– From 5 years working as Software developer and 2 years working as Division Leader (preferably experience in IT Outsourcing field)
– Overall technical understanding to be able to work with customers
– Skilled in project schedule and quality management
– Experienced in leading from 30 – 50 members
– Japanese at least N2 (can use business language)
