Job Description:
– Survey user needs, get requirements and analyze business operations;
– Build Fit Gap Analysis documents, propose solutions that meet user requirements
– Build, implement and test solutions on the system for required functions and subsystems;
– Create Design of functions/reports, coordinate closely with Dev to complete requirements;
– Connect and train users to use system functions during use;
– Be responsible for supporting end users during and after use;
– Report and perform other consulting tasks as required by superiors.
Job Requirements:
– Graduate from College or University majoring in IT or have a BA training certificate;
– Have experience in consulting and successfully implementing projects on Odoo
– Understanding of business solutions (accounting, commerce, retail, manufacturing…);
– Have skills in writing and analyzing BRD, SRS, Fit/Gap… business operations, mastering the implementation process;
– Confident, effective presentation skills;
– Positive thinking, listening skills, quick and effective problem solving;
– Ability to work independently, make decisions and withstand high work pressure;
– Use personal computers while working.
