Must to have:
– Have 2 years experience with .Net or higher
– English communication
Necessary:

– WordPress management and customizing
– Create/Modify WordPress plugin
– MySQL/MariaDB
– VBS and VBA
– Linux
Optional:
– Classic ASP (better to be familiar so that can help to transit asp page to .net asp page)
– MySQL/MariaDB Management
– Linux management
