Job Descriptions:
– Account setup support, support user, operation system,
– Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
– Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
– Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
– Providing technical support across the company
– Setting up accounts for new users
– Work 6hours/day from 7AM – 1PM CST
Job Requirements:
– At least 3 year experience as a IT operation role or other equivalent
– Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
– Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
– Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
– Proficiency in English
– Excellent communication skills
– Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
– BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
