Business Analyst

Job Descriptions:
– Manage the change from beginning to implementation
– Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on online banking domain, such as Case, Cards, Saving, Lending, etc..
– Study and propose the solution to meet business requirements as well as the estimation time need to do
– Provide BRD, SRS within timeline committed with business unites and other departments
– Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner.
– Understand and analyze the application’s capability of Finance service, such as FTP, ALM, etc…
– Identify and make Business processes/rules clearly and also identify which business rules can be utilized on the system and make it understandable for developers to implement.
– Consult, support end-users, business units with incidents/requests regarding business processes which has been implemented.

Job Requirements:
– Being able to understand and catch up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain (especially online banking)
– Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes
– Experience in using case tools for analyzing and modeling
– Working with particular systems in banking domain (such as Bank products workflow, Collateral Mgmt, Document management, etc…)
– Agile manner/mindset and experience in implementing CR follow Agile model
